My Twilight Review

So I figured I've waited long enough for the opinions to have cooled down and here's my take on it all. I LOVED it. I mean of course there were those parts where I thought some things needed to be different, but overall it was great! I knew that I couldn't compare it to the books so I went into it completely open minded. I did get annoyed of the squeling girls who wouldn't zip it, but I got over it. I was first in line with my friend Rachel and soon our party of about 10 showed up. As soon as the man let the chord go and said enjoy your movie, I literally sprinted into the movie theatre. I heard someone running next to me and figured it was Rachel, but NO it was Chelsea! Of all people! It was a blast and reminded me of an extrememly calm version of comic con where I got to see the panel of the cast and listen to them talk and people ask questions. One girl even confessed her love to Edward/Rob Pattinson and I think I remember my friend restraining me so I didn't run up and slug her! At the con there were 6500 people and my friend and I got extremely close seats. It was a miracle and so crazy and fun! If New Moon comes to Comic Con this summer I'm all over it! Anyways loved the movie. loved, loved, loved it. I'll be seeing it again really soon.

So glad you loved it! We(Klint, me, Russ and Cristy-who had all seen it) took Grandpa, Grandma and Kiera to the movie this weekend, and Grandpa fell asleep in the baseball scene. He must have not enjoyed it as much as some of the others of us! Love ya!

Hey Lady! So...the first night we saw it I was so bummed...way too many youngins and yes they all screamed every time darling Edward came on the screen...and when they kissed...and on and on. Plus I didn't go into with an open mind and completely judged every minute...so I had to see it again and the second time with no judgment...it was SO much better!! No squeals...just some deep voiced smoker lady who kept saying "There he is" is her awful man voice every time Edward came on...oh well I definitely have come to love it and canNOT wait until it comes out to own!! Now I am just desperately waiting for Midnight Sun...I have hope she'll get over her tantrum. I made it through all four books in a little less than a week and half and have now started the first over again...I am obsessed.

Yea, I think MJ is obsessed too. She had to sart reading the books again also. She probably didn't want me to divulge that but I have to tease her (sorry Hon). I'm glad you loved it Lex but like Grandpa I was having trouble staying awake the second time. I need to get more intouch with my feminine side, if I have one.

Good times! I'm not ashamed one bit that I ran. It is so easy to get caught up in this Twilight phenomenon. My mom and I keep talking about going to see it again because every time I hear a song from it or see a preview I go crazy!
